At LOTUS IN MOONLIGHT, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a request.
Return Shipping Return shipping is free — a prepaid return label will be included in your package at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges We gladly accept exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Once we receive your returned item, your exchange will be processed promptly.
Refund Process Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
- If payment was made via Stripe or PayPal, the refund will be transferred back to your original payment account.
- For other payment methods, your refund will be issued as store credit toward your next purchase.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Restocking Fee There is no restocking fee on any returns or exchanges.
Refund Processing Time Once your return is approved, please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed.
